    Thanks to Ken McLeod for his translation of the original ShowINIT code into THINK C. There's only a few lines of his code left in Gatekeeper's ShowINIT implementation, but I'm glad I had that code to work from. Patrick C. Beard's code was also helpful, but none of it survives into this implementation.

    Gatekeeper and Gatekeeper Aid were built with version 5.0.4 of THINK C.
